Schwimmen 3 - Nichtschwimmer
Für all jene, welche sich im Wasser noch nicht sicher fühlen und das Schwimmen bzw. das "über Wasser halten" von der Picke auf erlernen wollen.
Heranführen an das Medium "Wasser" im hüfthohen Wasser. Nach ca. 6 EH erfolgt der Wechsel in das große & tiefe Becken.
Grobe Erlernung der Schwimmtechniken Brust, Rücken und Kraul.
